"Topography & Seasons"
Nepal offers an astonishing topographical variation with altitude ranging from 65 meters to 8848 meters amidst a width of 193 kilometers. "Trekking Season"
Although trekking in Nepal can be organized throughout the year autumn – spring are considered to be the best month for Trekking Summer months of the year which coincide with monsoon season begin in mid – June and mid September making journey wet and warm. The mountain views may not be at their best as rain clouds and haze overhang the mountains occasionally obscuring the enchanting views. These times are blessed for the keen botanists as the higher valley and meadows blossom with flowers and lush vegetation.
Note: It is recommended to carry insect repellent when trekking during summer months
Autumn being the best season for Trekking affords excellent weather and tantalizing mountain views January and February are noted for cold weather with occasional snowfall at higher elevations. Again excellent views are common these months are popular and ideal for trekking for those who are well equipped or who remain at lower elevations below 3,000 meters. Late February brings Spring in Nepal and offers exhilarating trekking for those who are interested in flowers, birds and nature grandeur different varieties of wild flowers, specially the rhododendrons make the hillside above 21 00 meter a haunting paradise during this season. April and May are the height of expedition season and the best time for climbing the high Peak and the approach marches to the base camps it is mildly warm at lower 3500 meters the mountain views are excellent and the temperatures is quite moderate even at night.
"Preventing Altitude Sickness"
Normally below 3200 meter altitude is not a problem at all only in the high altitude trekking generally above 3200 meters altitude sickness can catch you and becomes more pronounced from above 4100 meter it is a condition caused by lack of oxygen its early symptoms are fatigue, tiredness, shortness of breath and headaches the worsening signs are nausea, loss of appetite, insomnia & diarrheas with a view to preventing this problem especially those who are undertaking high altitude trekking above3500, meter are advised to strictly observe the following tips.
1. Have a thorough medical check-up before you undertake specially if you are doing the high elevation the trekking & Expeditions or Overland Tours Drink 3-4 Letter water every day. Do not dehydrate in any case during trek Tours.
2. Breathe deep and do not exhaust yourself
3. In case of seven nausea insomnia or fever immediate descend of about 1000 – 1500 meter is the best cure for the time those who get serious.

6. From above 4000m gaining a height 4250 – 4500m daily in much advised depending upon the steepness of the trail.
As far as the physical fitness in concerned for normal trekking below 3500m no special physical fitness in required. As long as you are reasonably active and in normal good health you will be able to find within this booklet a trek to suit you. Some of our trek is of course physically demanding but all our treks do not require any special mountaineering skill. The important thing is to choose a trek of the right grade.

Every Trekking day starts with a wakeup call by kitchen boys from tent to tent serve with Morning tea then after tea they will bring a bowl of hot water for-wash ups. After a while breakfast will be served as for everyone together at the same time Sherpa guys start dismounting the tent and all loads as well as packing up. The trek usually starts every day after breakfast at around 8.30 a. m – 9.00 a. m Mostly the sirdar will be leading the group. He is the person responsible for all of team & group. In case of a big group, Sherpas & Assistant to sirdar accompany the scattered group members supporting even from the backside of the caravan.
Every client is free to walk at her / his own. Speed is not a problem. Even a delay of 2 – 230 Hours to the camp side is usual for some slow walkers. But our Sherpas are always with them & with you for necessary support. There is no hurry in during the trek. Leisurely walk is the feature Trekking in Nepal we – Looking around the countryside and taking Photographs enjoying having magnificent Himalaya’s views and Hidden Valley of Himalayan Kingdom of Nepal. Be the time it is mid-day a mini-restaurant pops up in the middle of the wilderness ready to serve Hot Lunch by the cooking team who usually arrives before the rest of the groups. The break for Lunch lasts for 1-130 hour. Well after lunch at about 130 – 2.00 P. m we start walk and it is usually the distance shorter Then the Morning one lasting for about 2- 230 hour walk. The team of the cook they will start preparing tea / coffee / milk / chocolate. The guidance of the cook the kitchen team starts cooking dinner the major meal of the day, which will be served at 730 – 8 P. m.
